To Provide a technical support desk to all the client's suppliers
To encourage and assist suppliers to upload their catalogs to Client's Data base
Type of items
Consumer items related office stationary, office consumable , medicinal supplies and all other intangible office related items
Contact Suppliers and train them on the catalog management process and assist them in setting up their catalogs
Train and assist the suppliers in uploading their catalogs to the client's data base.
Cleanse, normalize and enrich their catalog data
Provide assistance with data uploading and toher technicalities
Provide client's sales team with details of suppliers who are non-responsive

Ability to provide support / help desk facilities in any time zone
Ability to provide backend data cleansing facilities as value added service
