How will I transfer my images to you?
You can transfer your images through Ftp folder provided by us. We will work on your images and send them back through the same medium.

What format of images should I send?
We work on images in TIFF, JPEG, PSD, GIF, PNG, PGF, RAW, raw digital files and other major image formats.

How long will it take to finish my project?
Our turn-around time is based on how many images you send us and what level of work need to be done. We can usually finish your projects in exceptional time but if time is a concern please let us know and we can surely come to an arrangement  

How are we going to communicate if you are based in India?
We can communicate through Conference calls, emails, chat, messenger and even Video conference or remote desktop if required.
