How can I know what quality of work I can get?
You can refer to the images in our home page or our gallery for proof of our quality. You can also send us three images for free.

What are the three quality levels?
We have three levels checks for quality control. They are
L1. Production person checks his own work after he completes each step in a process.
L2. Biased In process quality check by Process Quality staff.
L3. Random sample check is done by Quality Assurance staff.

How do I know you’re able to follow my instructions correctly?
We at Unilog have highly qualified English-speaking professionals working on your images. Through experience we are able to understand and deliver exactly what is required.

How good are your designers?
All our designing staff is highly trained professional designers, who have experience in image path clipping, modification and artwork. We also have expert have years of experience in Photography and Print Catalogs.

What if I am not satisfied with the job done?
We feel sure you'll be satisfied with the service we provide and that you'll consider it great value. However we do realize that we can't get it right all the time. So we have offer a guarantee on all our work.
If you're not happy with any of the images we return to you, then simply send those images back to us within 1 week together with specific instructions and we'll work on them for only US$1 per image. If they're still not right, then we'll do any further work free of charge.

What format images do you work on?
To maximize efficiency of our services we work on images in TIFF, JPEG, PSD, GIF, PNG, PGF, RAW, raw digital files and other major image formats format. We also convert images and files from one format to any other format of your choice.
