We feel sure you'll be satisfied with the service we provide and that you'll consider it great value. However we do realize that we can't get it right all the time. So we have offer a guarantee on all our work. If you're not happy with any of the images we return to you, then simply send those images back to us within 1 week together with specific instructions and we'll work on them for only US$1 per image. If they're still not right, then we'll do any further work free of charge.

Turn-Around Time : We can provide you quick overnight turnaround time. However we will give you an estimated time based on the volume and our workload. We are handling large volumes and can easily ramp up our capacity further to suite your needs on short notice. So if you have regular high volume work, please get in touch with us.

Volume: We don’t have any minimum order and we are capable of handling large volumes. So you can send as less or as many images as you want.
