to Unilog, Mr. Achutha was Chief
Executive Officer of Srisoft,
a specialist e-content and cataloging
company based in Bangalore, India.

 Mr.
Vatsal Poddar is an Indian Citizen
with a Bachelor's Degree in Commerce
from St. Xavier's College, Kolkata
and Diploma in Business Management
from Entrepreneurship Development
Institute of India, Ahmedabad. He
has varied experience of over 8
years in International Trading,
Manufacturing, Content Technology,
Stock Markets Analysis, Real Estate
and Finance.
Mr.
Poddar specializes in establishing
Business Enterprises and International
Trade. Prior to Unilog Mr. Poddar
was Executive Vice President and
Director of Srisoft, Bangalore,
India.

 Mr.
Walter Rausch is an American Citizen
educated in Pittsburgh, PA. He holds
a business degree from Duquesne
University. He has over 15 years
of experience in managing Supply
Chain Operations for large corporations.
He brings on board unparallel expertise
in understanding the supply chain
industry and the importance of Data
Quality in it. He has been at the
forefront of many mission critical
projects around Data Quality and
his experience is of great value
to all Unilog customers.
Walter
was most recently President –
Worldwide Strategic Sourcing at
Fisher Scientific now Thermo-Fisher
Scientific.

 Mr.
Preston Sumner is an American Citizen
with a Bachelor of Science in Business
Administration from the University
of Minnesota. He has been involved
in the development, financing, and
management of entrepreneurial businesses
for over 30 years. Currently he
serves as a strategic and tactical
advisor to businesses seeking to
accelerate their growth in revenue
and profits. His experience includes
business process outsourcing, supply
chain management, engineering services,
private equity, and commercial banking.
Prior
to his business advisory work
Preston was a co-founder and Chief
Operating Officer of Startek,
Inc., an NYSE traded business
process outsourcing firm inducted
into the Inc. Magazine Hall of
Fame.

Mr.
Suchit Bachalli is an Indian citizen,
educated in Baroda, Gujarat, with
work experience in South East Asia,
North America, Latin America and
India. He has over 7 years experience
in senior sales and marketing roles
in the I.T., Content and GIS domains.
Prior
to joining Unilog, Mr. Bachalli,
was responsible for Business Development
and Marketing in the the North American
region for a Houston based company,
I. Q. Technologies Inc. Mr. Suchit
Bachalli has worked with large customers
and has handled a variety of projects.
These include, Marsh and Mc Lannen,
Larsen and Toubro, Alchematrix,
Forms Processing Inc., among many
