Unilog provides content cleansing and normalization services which includes formatting the data so that attributes such as Product, Brand Name, Manufacturer's Name, Part Number etc. are Standardized throughout the data set. Another piece of the cleansing process is to expand all abbreviations which can be identified other than the industry standard abbreviations such as PTFE, ASTM, ASME etc.
