Job Title: Sales Operations & Lead Generation Manager
Overview:
We are looking for a highly skilled Sales Operations and Lead Generation Manager to support our USA-based sales & marketing team and North America-based customers. This India-based role requires exceptional English communication skills (both written and verbal) and the ability to work during regular US business hours.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Operations
- Manage and optimize sales processes, tools, and systems (i.e.: CRM platforms) to drive efficiency.
- Develop and maintain sales performance reports, dashboards, and KPIs for the USA sales team.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, marketing, and customer success) to align goals and improve workflows.
- Analyze sales data to identify trends, improve forecasting, and recommend actionable insights.
- Ensure compliance with data protection regulations and best practices.
Lead Generation
- Design and execute lead generation strategies tailored for the USA market across multiple channels.
- Oversee the quality and quantity of leads, ensuring alignment with sales objectives.
- Manage lead tracking systems and ensure proper handoff to the USA sales team.
- Analyze lead generation campaigns’ performance and provide insights for optimization.
- Create compelling outreach content (emails, presentations) to engage prospects effectively.
Customer Support Collaboration
- Act as a liaison between the India-based team and USA customers to address queries promptly.
- Ensure seamless communication with the USA sales team to meet customer needs.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales operations or lead generation roles (preferably supporting US markets).
- Strong proficiency in HubSpot and Salesforce CRM platforms and marketing automation tools.
- Exceptional English communication skills (written and verbal) to engage with US stakeholders effectively.
- Proven ability to work independently during US business hours while collaborating remotely.
