  • Senior Product Information Analyst
    Job Description
    Purpose

    We are seeking a Senior Product Information Analyst that is familiar with MDM (Master Data Management), PIM (Product Information Management) systems, Taxonomy, and Product Content best practices with a strong eCommerce focus. You should be familiar with taxonomy development and optimization, content development with an offshore team, applying best practices for eCommerce UX, and delivery of content that is high volume and high content. Furthermore, the individual should be familiar with one or more PIM platforms, such as CIMM, InRiver, Informatica, Stibo, Akeneo, or similar. A highly qualified candidates will have proven skills that leverage in-depth MDM and PIM knowledge combined with technical data preparation and analysis ability to gain significant insights into issues and opportunities to maintain and improve the master data.     The Senior Product Information Analyst will be the primary data expert for Unilog’s clients and their utilization of our product content services. This individual will be responsible for managing the details of product content delivery, including data quality and governance, ongoing monitoring and reporting on key data measures, data issue resolution, and synchronizing data between our PIM platform and those of our clients.

    The Senior Product Information Analyst supports the relationship between Unilog and customer via reporting, analytics, issue research and data governance monitoring. Motivated by data integrity, the Senior Product Information Analyst works directly with the Unilog Content Production Team, Client Partner & Offshore Delivery Center cross-functional teams to ensure that the PIM and Content Management Systems are synchronized between our PIM platform and those of our clients.

    You should enjoy “playing with data”. SQL queries should come naturally to you. You should thrive in knowing your product data and content, across millions of items, is well-structured and meets a variety of data quality measures and regulatory constraints. The challenge is in maintaining that integrity as the volume of data captured grows and is edited at 10-20% per quarter.

    You’ll be called on to not only to keep Unilog’s quality in heck but also demonstrate our success trends over time based on data quality checks.

    The Senior Product Information Analyst will work closely with the Product Data Delivery Manager and Client Partner to ensure project initials, timelines and SLAs are met.

    Core Qualifications

The Client Partner will serve as the key trusted advisor, ensuring successful Unilog product & services deployment and adoption by our client and their subsidiaries. This high profile role reports to the General Manager – Technical Account Management. Remote position is possible for the right candidate, but preference will be given to candidates local to Wayne, Pennsylvania.

    The principal role of the Client Partner is to be the client engagement manager and build, support, and grow the relationship between Unilog and customer – specifically large buying groups and mid-sized B2B Industrial, Electrical, or Plumbing Distributors that have a deep need for eCommerce platforms and Product Information Management programs. Motivated by customer success, the Client Partner is the day-to-day point of contact for the customer and works directly with the Unilog Content Production Team, Product Information Manager & Offshore Delivery Center cross-functional teams to ensure that all customer needs are met.

    You should thrive in knowing your customer’s needs, supporting those needs, and managing the delivery of enhancements, bug-fixes, and support for these programs – from discovery through success.     You should have experience in eCommerce practices, Product Information Management and be a maven at Customer Engagement. You should also be business-savvy and have played an instrumental role in developing and maintaining strong client relationships.

    Role and Responsibilities As a trusted adviser and program manager, the Client Partner will ensure customers are making the most of their B2B investment by creating a tailored service delivery plan to drive business value from the customer’s B2B investments. The Client Partner is expected to:

    • manage the delivery and follow-up of proactive services outlined in the SOW and project delivery plan.
    • work closely with our B2B clients and Unilog content & engineering teams to manage client engagement & projects through various stages of Solution Development Lifecycle (SDLC) process (pre-discovery, GAP analysis, and functional requirements specification through handover for off-shore development, build, implementation and testing.
    • manage regular program and project updates between all critical stakeholders to keep program efforts on target.
    • ensure that all program and project tasks are updated and internally managed through the accepted project management system.
    • dive deep into technical issues, manage crisis-response, and lead incident prevention and resolution efforts.
    • create and develop innovative strategies to resolve customer issues using sound decision making and critical thinking skills.
    • deliver world-class service to ensure customer satisfaction with a focus on timely customer service – especially incident resolution.
    • maintain deep practical knowledge of Unilog products & services and their integration within the client’s environment.
    Skills & Requirements
    • 5-7 years minimum client facing technical account or client services management experience in product & services vertical, especially in B2B segment.
    • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent.
    • IT industry background, ideally within Product Information Management (PIM) solutions development and delivery.
    • Proven track-record of enterprise-level, B2B solutions-based technical account management or customer service management success.
    • Experienced in IT operations, B2B domain and customer relationship management.
    • Must be self-driven with an entrepreneurial edge, and have large technical account management experience working both independently and collaboratively in a cross-functional environment (on-site / offshore operating and engagement model).
    • Demonstrate success in thinking strategically, executing tactically while providing consistent and high levels of customer satisfaction and retention in a fast-paced B2B environment.
    • Ability to demonstrate products to customers and explain how Unilog product meets customers’ needs.
    • Project management skills.
    • Ability to make right decisions based on strong analytical reasoning skills.
    • Excellent interpersonal skills that build positive relationships with other team members.
    • Strong ability to organize work schedule and time to ensure deadlines are always met.
