Every so often, someone on your team does something so inventive, so quietly transformative, that it reshapes your sense of what’s possible. For me, that moment came when Adam Cusumano, our EVP of Product & Marketing, reimagined what a modern team could look like.
Adam didn’t just embrace AI—he operationalized it.
In a thoughtful and creative move, Adam introduced six AI-powered assistants, each with a unique persona and purpose: Blogger Lex, Press Penny, Story Sam, Pixel Piper, Sales Sasha, and Content Casey. These assistants were trained on Unilog’s brand voice, product expertise, and library of assets. They’re not bots on the sidelines; they’re embedded into our workflow, accelerating content creation, sparking ideas, and strengthening consistency. Of course, their work is always reviewed, refined, and human led.
Here’s what made it remarkable: Adam didn’t roll this out as a tech feature—he introduced them like new hires. Each with a name, role, and a warm welcome. This wasn’t a gimmick. It was a clear signal: AI can be a meaningful part of the team when implemented with clarity and care.
And it got me thinking—why stop with marketing?
At Unilog, we’re now preparing to evolve our org chart—and for the first time, it won’t include only people. It will also include AI agents. These assistants will be trained on our systems and business context to support Sales Enablement, automate Support workflows, assist QA in Engineering, and expand creativity in Marketing. They are not here to replace anyone. They are here to help our people focus on the high-value, human work that moves the business forward.
The org chart of the future is hybrid. People and programs. Employees and AI-powered assistants. And it’s not science fiction—it’s already underway.
What This Means for Our Customers
A more efficient Unilog means we can serve you with greater intent and focus—dedicating more time to high-value tasks that drive real results for your business. Whether it’s enriching your product content, supporting your digital growth, or delivering a smoother customer experience, this hybrid model allows us to operate smarter, faster, and more purposefully—so you see the impact where it matters most.
A New Way to Think About Teams
This vision was inspired by Adam’s pioneering work. We’re simply building on it. Because the future of work isn’t just about using AI—it’s about integrating it in ways that make us better teammates, better partners, and a better business.
At Unilog, we’ll always remain people-first. But we’re proudly becoming AI-forward. That means rethinking not just how we work—but who we work with.
Here’s to the org chart of tomorrow—starting today.
